Privacy Policy

We Anther Flowers do not store any credit or debit card details. We do not share any of your details with any third parties.

Delivery Policy

Our delivery hours are between 10am - 7pm Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays. We do not offer delivery time slots. If your delivery address is a business address, you must request your order to be delivered before 5pm (add this beside your delivery date).

Orders which need to be sent to multiple addresses must be ordered separately. Each separate order must match its own delivery address. For multiple orders to the same address please simply add the required quantity to your cart.

Flower Availability

We buy flowers daily direct from the flower market. Although we design or bouquets in advance, occasionally a particular flower variety in the bouquet may not be available, in this case the flower will be substituted for another flower that is of equal or greater value.

Vase Life

If you follow the instructions our care card, we guarantee your bouquet will be at its best for at least 5 days.

Notice Period

If you are dissatisfied with your flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers.
